Dana Reed Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Experss, personal checks and money orders made out to Dana Reed Designs. All personal checks must clear before item(s) ship out. Please contact us for checks and money orders.

Shipping
All packages will ship UPS. Shipping is insured and goods will usually be sent out within two to five days of payment confirmation according to press of business. You may ship ground, first, second, or third day. Ground is least expensive.
Int’l Shipping
International shipping is available to most countries, (cost may vary according to country). To make arrangements for international shipping please contact us via email for cost and details at info@danareeddesigns.com
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, all items EXCEPT Sale items, may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stones are unscratched and unmarred. All sale items are final.
Any custom piece is not returnable for refund, but may be returned for Full Credit or
Exchange
Please email at info@danareeddesigns.com us BEFORE shipping item(s) back to receive your return authorization number (RA#). When shipping your return or exchange, please include the RA#, your name, address, phone number and e mail address. Please package your item securely. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the individual. Please note that all authorized returns must be sent to my studio below:

Repairs and Replacement Earring
Please note that all repairs are handled individually and will be at customer’s expense. We are also able to replace a lost earring mate. Please contact us at info@danareeddesigns.com and we will contact you with an estimate of the cost of the repair and further instructions. Make sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, and note the reason for repair.

Warranty
All Dana Reed Designs bought from www.danareeddesigns.com have a 1 month warranty included. We will repair/replace any problem resulting from a production or design flaw within 1 month of purchase. AFTER the warranty expires repairs/replacements are offered for a minimal charge plus shipping and handling. There is a turn-around time of 4-6 weeks for repairs/replacements. Please follow the procedures outlined above under RETURNS when submitting your claim. Please note that one of a kind pendants or stones can be very difficult to find again and sometimes it may not be possible for BDBD to do so. Also, be aware that color, clarity and variation occurs in most semi-precious stones and BDBD has no guarantee about stone variations.

All 'One of a Kind' pieces are original designs, most pieces can be custom sized....just contact me by phone or email with your request. All metals are Copper, Sterling Silver, 14K Gold and 14K Gold-Filled.
